Wed., Oct. 23: Uxbridge-Scott Historical Society Public Meeting “Snapshots of the Great War”. Uxbridge Historical Centre, 7 p.m. Glenn Kerr chair of the Central Ontario branch of the Western Front Association will share stories of World War I specifically related to the 116th Battalion. He will also share his personal experience with exhumation and identification of soldiers lost in the fields of France. Light refreshments will be served.
