Fall Fair fast approaching

Summer is still in the air, but the Uxbridge Fall Fair is only one month away!

The Fair will be held in Elgin Park on September 6, 7 and 8, and this year’s theme is “Hats Off To Agriculture.”

The Tractor Pull on Friday and the Demolition Derby on Saturday, along with the Midway, remain among perennial attractions.

Organizers say a full slate of entertainment is scheduled for the Rotary Bandshell stage and throughout the park. Soper Creek Wildlife is returning and a comic juggler will headline the show. New this year is the Super Dogs Show in the adjacent Horse Ring. Mark Hendy will be back with his popular interactive Antique Farming and Agricultural Display. This year’s feature is a 1921 steam engine and shingle mill.

More presentations will be highlighted in the near future. Please visit the Fair’s website at uxbridgefair.ca
