Get ‘egg-cited’ for Easter egg hunts in town

Welcome to ‘Eggs-bridge’!

Youngsters looking for Easter Egg hunts in Uxbridge next weekend will have several locations from which to choose.

Council was told Monday that there will be an Easter Egg hunt run by the BIA on April 19, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The "hunt" will see youngsters running from store to store to pick up their eggs, donated by the BIA. There are currently 25 stores registered for the occasion.

Another hunt will be held in Goodwood, and the egg hunt that was held for several years in Barton Farms is being moved to Elgin Park at 11 a.m. on April 18. There will be a separate hunt area for little ones and another for more "rambunctious" kids.
