North Durham hub looking for community input

North Durham residents are being asked to share their ideas for what programs and services they would like available at the Beaverton Heights Community Hub. The Community Hub, which is located at the front of Beaverton Heights transitional housing, will offer services and activities to all residents in north Durham.

This exchange of ideas is not taking place online, but rather during an engagement session on either Wednesday, Jan. 22 or Friday, Jan. 24, from 2 to 3 p.m., at the Community Hub/Beaverton Heights, located at 121 Nine Mile Rd. Participants must register to attend - visit durham.ca/CommunityHub to confirm attendance.

Organizers of the event say that public feedback will shape the future of Beaverton Heights Community Hub.
